About the program
The Assessor Program Based on the Model of Excellence in Civil Society Work is a specialized training program designed to prepare and qualify professionals to work as assessors in accordance with the Model of Excellence in Civil Society Work, by developing their knowledge and skills in the areas of quality and institutional excellence, and training them in evaluation methodologies and tools.
The program combines theoretical training with practical application, culminating in an individual simulation phase that allows trainees to apply their assessment knowledge and skills in a practical setting, thereby preparing them to work as assessors using the Model of Excellence methodology.
The program is also CPD-accredited, which enhances its professional value and supports the development of participants’ expertise in the field of quality and institutional excellence.

Upon completing the program requirements, trainees receive a certificate from the Civil Society Institutional Excellence Foundation, which certifies their completion of the program and their qualification in the field of evaluation according to the Model of Excellence in Civil Society Work, thereby enhancing their professional expertise and supporting their career in the fields of quality and institutional excellence.
